We're forming a Residents' Association
A group of fellow residents is working to establish a recognised Residents' Association for Calico House, giving us a collective voice on the matters that affect our home.
We need your support. Under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, at least 50% of leaseholders must be members for the association to be formally recognised. Every registration counts, so please sign up and encourage your neighbours to do the same.

Initial Meeting
Residents met to discuss the formation of the association, share concerns, and plan next steps. Meeting minutes are available to view on the shared drive.
Key topics included the broken automatic doors, central heating issues, hot water charges, and NHGs communication failures. Additionally, we discussed what would be needed to formalise the RA, including setting up a bank account and collecting enough members to meet the 50% threshold.
